December 2008: Run Bobby run!
Our Creative Director, Bobby Burrage, ran the Norwich Half Marathon on 30th November, raising over £1,500 for The Big C Appeal.
We can’t comment on rumours that Bobby’s (pictured centre) preparation for the Norwich Half Marathon involved several pints the night before. Thirsty work, running. We can report, though, that he managed to drag himself round the 13-mile course in a respectable 1 hour 47 minutes!
“I’ve never done anything like this before and I wasn’t, let’s say, born to run! I would like to express a huge thank you to all the very generous people who sponsored me. I was genuinely touched by the sheer amount of support I received before, during and after the big day”, Bobby explained.
